Sheer, unbridled fun! For college or adult jazz chorus, this arrangement as sung by the New York Voices is a bit tricky, but well worth the effort. It features incredible harmony and rhythm and some a cappella sections, but thepurpose of this piece is not to get technical – just to have fun! Four-part scat singing frames the piece on either end, while your baritone soloist goes to town (with great choral support) on each verse. “BabyDriver,” extracted from the New York Voices Songs of Paul Simon CD, is a toe-tappin', hand-clappin' jazz party.
