Sondra Tucker has provided a bright, cheerful setting for this popular Swedish folk tune. The lilting rhythms and the addition of the optional flute and hand drum gives this piece a lively, dance-like feel. The text is Charles Price's 1982 versioin of the 19th century Swedish original. Refreshingly different from most Advent literature, this is a very accessible anthem for Two-Part Mixed voices
