Patapan

Patapan , a winner of the 'A Carol for Christmas' competition, is a delightful song for SA chorus and piano that can also include men's voices and optional flute and drum. Introducing some irregular metres within an accessible idiom and memorable themes, Patapan will make an ideal number for community and children's choirs. A review in the September 2015 issue of Sunday by Sunday from the Royal School of Church Music called this "winner in a carol competition" an "enjoyable romp in 6/8 time".
