Preface The composer and conductor Frank Adrian Holzkamp wrote Il nest pas trop tôt for flute and piano to honour the wedding of his friend, the publisher and flautist Dr Rüdiger Josef Herrmann (SYRINX-Verlag), and his long-term partner, Prof. Dagmar Birwe.
