Nobuya Sugawa's saxophone = collection series has been joined by "Gravity Assist", a work for alto saxophone solo by jazz composer Miho Hajima, who is active in Japan and abroad. This work was inspired by the "swing by" navigation method, in which spacecraft and probes use the gravity of celestial bodies to change their orbits and speeds.
