Friends is a book for solo flute containing three pieces dedicated to (former) colleagues who have become genuine friends over the years:

• Fantasia – dedicated to Michael Faust
• Avec plaisir! – dedicated to Johannes Oppelcz

The fact that the titles, subtitles and dedications are written in Danish, Italian, and French refers to the "second home" of the respective dedicatee.
